This vintage Japanese toad is crafted from knotted ancient Japanese Cryptomeria ~ White cedar
Often carried for good luck, especially when traveling,
the Okimono toad is carved from the root of the Cryptomeria tree
which has a very intricate grain patterns as a result of its slow growing rate
Nice quality. Nice details
