If the cable malfunctions, please ship the cable to us and we will either replace, repair, or refund your money. A receipt of sales must accompany the cable. Shipping to and from Geistnote is a cost incurred by the customer.

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the item.
Warranty:
Lifetime warranty on any Evidence Audio Cable sold by Geistnote. Save your receipt and ship in the malfunctioning cable with your receipt… we will fix it for free. The only cost to you is the shipping to and from our facility. Abuse of cable is not covered, i.e. bending it in half.
